Maintain the PPT process as appropriate and in conjunction with State guidelines Monitor email for questions and communica- tions from students, families, and colleagues Provide/post developmentally relevant resourc- es and wellness tips/strategies to support stu- dents during remote learning. Continue planned developmental guidance curriculum and programming (including Guid- ance Seminar ), to the extent possible, utilizing Google Classroom and other resources. Create counseling lessons that students could complete “at home” based on the current cur- riculum Respond to the counseling needs of students through ongoing communication with students and parents and continued collaboration with staff. Maintain availability to students and families through email, phone, or videoconferencing. Support all facets of the post high school plan- ning process; Ensure continuity of the process- ing of student files for college applications. Support school advocacy with colleges, College Board, AP, and other external bodies to ensure campus closure and its effects are understood Case manage 504 plans and schedule meetings as needed in accordance with State and local guidelines.
