Educators Educators require time to develop lesson plans, collaborate with colleagues, provide instruction for students, and meet with students; they also need time for their own social-emotional wellness and family needs.

Support faculty, students, families with the implementation of Remote Learning environments to ensure quality learning experi- ence for all students Establish clear practices for communication between faculty, staff, families, and students Support teachers and teams in the implementa- tion of the DPS RLP Provide teachers with all necessary instruction- al materials and resources Collaborate with teachers to develop and imple- ment effectively: units and lessons methods for providing feedback to students methods for assessing student learning remotely strategies to differentiate instruction Plan and develop PD to support teachers’ con- tinued growth with aspects of the DPS RLP Communicate frequently with teachers, and, as needed, with students and families
