Technology to Support Remote Learning The chart below provides a list of available technology and communication tools within DPS’s Remote Learning Plan. Zoom will serve as the District’s platform for remote video conferencing.

Aspen will continue to be the online grade book used to track assignments and assessments at the secondary level. This site provides communica- tions, information, and resources. It is located on the District Site. Email will be used for all major communications and announce- ments. Contact with teachers, advisors and administrators should be made through email. The primary purpose of Google Classroom is to streamline the process of instruction and sharing files between teachers and students. Students access through DPS login credentials. Google G Suite is the platform for learning documents, spreadsheets, and presentations. SeeSaw is a learning and commu- nication platform that is compati- ble with Google G Suite. Video conferencing, online meet- ing, chat, and mobile collabora- tion platform. Families create free accounts to access
